As a Transpersonal Counselling client, you could be guided to access more resources than you would in 'ordinary waking state'. So, according to your preferences, you'd be gently lead through methods such as: Meditation; techniques to tap into your body's wisdom; techniques to access your unconscious and perhaps the collective unconscious; dream work and 'i-Rest Yoga Nidra'.
